Having led the school system before, during, and after this devastating event, Dr. Huff brings a unique perspective on leadership, resilience, and community rebuilding. In his upcoming presentation, he will concentrate on the crucial aspect of leadership, emphasizing strategies that leaders, particularly those in congregational roles, can employ to maintain emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Dr. Huff’s focus extends beyond individual health, highlighting the interconnectedness of leaders’ well-being with that of their families and the communities they serve. By drawing on his experiences, Dr. Huff aims to provide practical and meaningful guidance for leaders facing adversity, fostering not only their personal resilience but also contributing to the overall well-being of the broader community.
