The Council of Churches of the Ozarks (CCO) recently added a new call center to its main building.
The call center is located at 3055 East Division St. Before this call center, those who used CCO’s services had to go through an automated phone system.

“It’s sometimes frustrating when you make a call and you get an automated service. From that service, you may have to press this number or that number, but for somebody in need, it’s more comforting when they can actually talk to a live person,” Harp said.
