The Crosslines Food Pantry, a program of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks, is a lifeline for families struggling with food insecurity in the Ozarks. Your generous donations will help us provide nutritious meals to individuals and families in need—and now, thanks to the Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP), your gift can go even further!
Through the NAP, donors who make qualifying contributions to Crosslines Food Pantry can receive a 50% Missouri state tax credit. This means that half of your gift is eligible to be deducted from your state taxes!
How It Works:
- Qualified donors donate to Crosslines Food Pantry:
- By completing the application form and sending it with your gift to our address below.
- Donations can be in the form of cash, materials, supplies, or equipment; technical assistance and professional services; labor; real estate; or stocks and bonds
- Receive 50% of your gift in the form of a Missouri state tax credit, reducing your state tax liability.
Who Qualifies?
- Both individual donors (with business income from farm operations, rental properties or royalties, sole proprietorships, S corps or LLCs) and businesses are eligible for these special tax credits.
- Only $250,000 in NAP credits are available for this award cycle!
- Tax credits are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Example of Your Impact:
- Donate $10,000 → Receive a $5,000 Missouri tax credit.
- Donate $1,000 → Receive a $500 Missouri tax credit.
Not only do you reduce your tax burden, but your support helps feed thousands of people in our community. This is a powerful way to leverage your donation for maximum community benefit, while also receiving significant financial advantages.
