Crosslines Community Outreach (CCO) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from testing firms for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections during construction of a new overnight shelter for the Safe to Sleep program.
The project construction commencement is anticipated within the next three months, and construction completion is anticipated to be within the next 12 months. The project is approximately 6,200 SF of renovation and 1,325 SF of new construction. It includes renovation of existing open warehouse space, minor interior office modifications, minor site work, and addition of a new entry, warming kitchen, and entry. It also includes a CMU hardened area at new restrooms. Construction generally includes steel framing, masonry construction, and cast in place concrete.

Qualifications shall be received at the Crosslines Community Outreach headquarters, 3055 E. Division Street, Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 3:00 PM local time, Monday, May 5.
